7-Day Exchange Policy:

• We want you to be thrilled with your moissanite purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your item within 7 days of the purchase date, we offer you the opportunity to exchange it.

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day window, and they will guide you through the process.
• The item for exchange must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packaging and any certificates or documentation provided.
• You can exchange your item for another of equal or greater value. If the new item has a higher value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
• Our team will assist you in selecting the new item that best suits your preferences and needs.
• Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions for returning the original item and receiving the new one.

Note: Please keep in mind that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or customized.
